Under NO circumstances will any type of missile projectile type toys be sold or brought in to this event. No silly string, marshmallow guns, spring loaded knives or brass knuckles, water pistols, or anything that can be shot, thrown, or create a disturbance to our vendors or staff. These items are determined to be a PUBLIC NUISANCE and if brought in you will and can be asked to leave our event. No items are to be sold with any profanity or distasteful advertisement or promoting illegal drugs or alcohol.
Unless there is an emergency, no refunds will be made if you don’t attend. We will offer you a chance at the next years’ event instead. We reserve the right to refuse a space to anyone who doesn’t meet the rules or who violates our agreement with the City of Whitney, ie: alterations, tampering with or destruction of City property within your booths.
